The Board of Adjustments Meetings
- Regular Meetings are held at 5 p.m. as needed
- Meetings are held at Carefree Town Council Chambers located at 33 Easy Street, Carefree, AZ 85377
Overview
The Board of Adjustment is made up of 7 members appointed by the Town Council. If there are cases to review, both meetings of the Board of Adjustment and Development Review Board are initially scheduled for the second Monday of the month at 5 p.m. or later on the same day as the Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting. Occasionally, these meetings are cancelled when there are no cases to include on the agenda.
When there is a sufficiently large number of items to review, the meetings of the Board of Adjustment and / or the Development Review Board could be scheduled on the 3rd Monday of the month.
All updated meeting dates and times will be posted on this website and at the Town Hall, 8 Sundial Circle, Carefree. The agenda for each meeting is posted typically the Friday before the meeting if held on Monday or Tuesday.
