The Town Council held its third and final budget workshop on Tuesday, April 29. During this session, Council discussed the Town’s operations, reviewed the budget surplus, outlined the planned capital budget, and summarized overall expenditures. Additionally, the Town’s program-based budget, which blends the narratives and finances discussed at the two previous workshops was also discussed.

Next steps in the budget process include tentative budget approval at the May Council Meeting (Tuesday, May 6), followed by final adoption at the June Council Meeting (Tuesday, June 3). The new fiscal year begins on July 1.
