Dear Carefree Community:
The proposed Carefree Quarter Commercial Development at the northeast corner of Carefree Highway and Cave Creek Road continues to move through the planning process. This high-visibility intersection—already home to the Lowe’s Center on the northwest corner—has been identified as a key site for regional-serving retail in Carefree.
In advance of the upcoming Development Review Board meeting in June, updated project documents for the Carefree Quarter are now available on the Town’s website. These materials include project renderings, building elevations, landscaping plans, and a comprehensive signage package, providing the public with a detailed look at the vision for this important commercial gateway.
