The Town wishes to notify the community of the start of infrastructure construction for the new residential subdivision, Solace by Sonora West Development previously referred to as Stagecreek Estates. The approved project consists of a 31-lot residential development, on a 38-acre parcel located between Stagecoach Pass and Cave Creek Road south of the SkyRanch Airport, and will include the installation of internal roadways, underground utilities, drainage basins, gated entry features, and landscaping in accordance with issued infrastructure permits. Construction activities will begin shortly and will take place within the approved Solace by Sonora West Development project boundaries. Residents and nearby property owners may notice increased construction-related activity in the area, including construction vehicles, equipment, and periodic noise associated with development.
Sonora West Development wishes to clarify that all construction activity is confined solely to the privately owned property and is not occurring on, nor impacting, the adjacent State Land parcel. No work of any kind is authorized or planned on State Trust Land.
The development team is committed to complying with all Town of Carefree regulations and permit requirements, and to minimizing disruptions to the surrounding community whenever possible.
