Join us next Wednesday, August 19 at 5 p.m. at the Town Council Chambers for our second Zoning Ordinance Update Community Workshop and be part of the conversation shaping the future of our community.

The Town is currently working to update and modernize its Zoning Ordinance to make the regulations clearer, easier to navigate and more user-friendly. During this workshop, participants will learn more about several key topics being considered as part of the update, including:

• Permitted uses within each zoning district

• Development standards for specific uses

• Introduce sign regulations and signage standards

Attendees will also have the opportunity to ask questions, provide feedback and share their perspectives as the Town continues refining the proposed zoning regulations.

Whether you attended the first workshop or are joining the process for the first time, we encourage you to participate. Residents, business owners and community stakeholders are all welcome.
