You are invited to participate in the upcoming Carefree Town Center Zoning Overlay Community Forum!

The Town of Carefree invites all residents and local stakeholders to attend and participate in a Community Forum on Wednesday, Oct. 21 from 5 - 7 p.m. to discuss the development of a Town Center Overlay that could be added as a component to the Town's Zoning Ordinance, which is currently going through a formal update process.

The establishment of a Town Center Overlay for Carefree would allow for enhanced and targeted clarity of development standards aimed at sustaining Town Center as Carfree’s distinct and vibrant gathering place. The Town Center Overlay can also consider further guidelines for signage, lighting, parking, and other objective design standards in the Town Center.

This Community Forum is intended to offer a dedicated and collaborative setting for Carefree residents and stakeholders to share perspectives and discuss ways to enhance the setting, environment, and visitor experience in the Town Center.
