The upcoming Carefree Town Center Zoning Overlay Community Forum is this Wednesday, Oct. 21 from 5 - 7 p.m.!
In this Community Forum we will discuss the potential addition of a Town Center Overlay into the Town's current update of the Zoning Ordinance.
The establishment of a Town Center Overlay for Carefree would allow for enhanced and targeted clarity of development standards aimed at the Carefree Town Center. An overlay could further guidelines for signage, lighting, parking, and other objective design standards in the Town Center.
This Community Forum is a dedicated and collaborative setting for Carefree residents and stakeholders to share perspectives and discuss ways to enhance the setting, environment, and visitor experience in the Town Center.
